In short
- Mora is governed by Apple’s standard licence agreement. The terms below complete it for the subscription, health and ownership of the app.
01The subscription
Mora is free to download. To keep going after the trial, you need a subscription:
- Yearly: €39.99 per year, with a 7-day free trial, once per Apple account. No trial if you have already had one.
- Monthly: €7.99 per month, no trial.
These prices include all taxes, in France. The price that applies is the one shown in the app at the time of purchase; it may vary by country.
- Payment is charged to your Apple account when you confirm the purchase, or at the end of the trial.
- The subscription renews automatically, at the same price and for the same length, unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- To cancel: iPhone Settings, your name, Subscriptions, or directly on Apple’s subscriptions page. You keep access until the end of the period already paid for.
- During the trial, cancelling before it ends means you are not charged. You can also turn on “Remind me 2 days before it ends”: with notifications allowed, Mora lets you know two days before.
- On another iPhone or after reinstalling, “Restore” on the subscription screen, or “Restore my purchases” in the Profile, finds your subscription with the same Apple account.
- Refunds are handled by Apple, at reportaproblem.apple.com.
02Your health
Mora walks with you; it is not a treatment. It is not a medical device and does not replace a doctor’s advice. The figures come from your iPhone and the Health app, and may be approximate. The energy burned shown is an estimate provided by Health, for information only. If you have a health condition, or before changing your activity a lot, talk to a doctor. Walk where it is safe, and look up from the screen when you cross the street.
03What belongs to us
The Mora name, Maki, the illustrations, the texts and the app’s code belong to Nidouye. Apple’s agreement gives you the right to use them for your personal use, not to copy or resell them.
04Disputes
These terms are governed by French law. If we disagree, please write to contact@moramora.app first: we will look for a solution together. Failing that, the French courts have jurisdiction.
